We want everyone who visits the Wholecrafted website or uses the platform to be able to access content and interact with core features without unnecessary barriers. We recognize that accessibility requires continuous improvement, and we are committed to making progress as our product evolves.

Wholecrafted uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical benchmark for the public website. We aim to meet these guidelines where reasonably feasible, though we do not claim full or guaranteed conformance at this time. We are actively working toward stronger compliance as pages and features are built or updated.

In building and maintaining the Wholecrafted website, we work to include:

• Semantic HTML headings to support screen reader navigation.
• Readable text contrast against background colors.
• Keyboard-accessible navigation, menus, buttons, and interactive elements.
• Visible focus indicators so keyboard users can track their position on the page.
• Descriptive alt text on meaningful images, with decorative images marked as such.

• Responsive layouts that adapt to mobile, tablet, and desktop screen sizes.
• Reduced motion support for users who have enabled that preference.
• Ongoing accessibility review as pages are created or updated.

We are transparent about areas that may not yet fully meet accessibility expectations:

• Some third-party tools, embedded content, or integrations may not fully conform to accessibility standards. We have limited control over their behavior.
• Some areas of the authenticated platform application are still improving and may not meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria at this time.
• Older or non-standard browser configurations may produce a different experience than expected.
